This was not an insurance deal, so I requested minimal service repairs and no real cosmetic repairs. On arrival to pick up my car, however, they were kindly trying to buff some of the scratches. Initially the car was “ready” on 9/17/08. After not so obvious close inspection revealed “alternative” parts (fender and headlamp) had a poor fit. Car was rejected for this condition. Insurance was called back out and an O.E.M. Fender and Headlamp were installed and fit! Upon inspecting the car today, the quality was evident. I can now show this car to friends and associates and they will ask, “Where was the damage”? THANKS!

Kevin and his crew did an excellent job of repairing my truck door after I hit a deer. What also impressed me was that after they finished the work, they returned my truck clean and shiney all over. Not just on the area that was damaged. This extra service insured that I would definitely use Bracken Collision again.

09 3-weeks after buying my 2008 Hyundai Elantra and one-month into the New Year 2009, I was side-wiped by an insured second party. I was very upset and agitated. Trying to coordinate repairs and car-rental with the second’s insurance rep made me more upset. The representative at Bracken Collision, Garden Ridge, was very professional and courteous. He assisted me in making contact with the insurance reps. He coordinated the paper work with the insurance reps. He kept me informed throughout the repair process; as-well-as addressed all my on-going questions and concerns. He made an unpleasant experience more bearable. Once again, I am happy to sit behind the wheel of my repaired Elantra and experience the new-car-elevation (high). The repair work matched my expectation. For the newest car I have ever owned, my expectation are very high.

After my experience I consider y’all my friends. On or about March 2, 2009 I called your place of business on RT.281, San Antonio to see if you could look at my car to see if you would be able to make some repairs. A few days earlier, my neighbor accidentally backed into my 2007 Nissan Maxima and broke the left headlight and caused some damage to the left fender. You told me to come down immediately. When I arrived you made me feel like a member of your extended family. You had Bob look at my car within 5 minutes of my arrival. I knew the repairs would take about 3 days unless additional damage was found that was not readily visible. You then contacted Hertz Car Rental and had them deliver a rental vehicle for the period while my car was being repaired. The car rental was being paid for by AIG insurance company. During the repair work on the car you called me to let me know what was going on etc. This afternoon you called me to let me know that the repairs were completed and that I could pick up the car. You made arrangements for me to leave the rental car at your place of business and for pickup by the rental agency, thus saving me the expense and trouble of
returning the car back to the rental agency. When Bob brought the car around for my inspection I found not only that ALL the repairs had been made (like new) but the car also had been washed and fully detailed — inside and out. You delivered exactly what you had promised and on time. I am 100% satisfied with your services and will certainly recommend you to anyone that might be able to use your services.Thank you again.
